The hotel is fantastic, with beautiful rooms and public areas. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The Jetty restaurant served delicious food and catered well for allergy sufferers. The location was perfect, close to the city center and the harbor, with popular bars nearby. The beds were massive and comfortable, and the entire room was spotless. The pool and spa were a great addition, with a relaxing underground atmosphere and the option to book private slots. The complimentary vodka and whiskey was a nice touch.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The reception staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable, with fluffy towels and a wonderful shower. The decanters in the room were a lovely touch, and we were even given a heads-up to bring tonic water. The bathroom products provided were high quality, and when we realized there was no hairdryer, one was quickly delivered to our room after a call to reception. The hotel facilities, including the spa with a Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, were excellent. The building itself was gorgeous, and the location near the harbour and within walking distance of shops was superb.

The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and newly decorated bedrooms. The hotel also had attractive sauna and steam rooms, as well as a nice relaxation area. Its convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy the nearby shops and harbour.

The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed including a hairdryer, ironing board/iron, and a coffee machine. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. the complimentary Sherry and gin was a lovely touch that made us feel welcomed and pampered. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and the exceptional staff.
For us, this hotel was ideal and we didn't encounter any negative aspects.
