The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and my room was spacious and comfortable, with a great seating area. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was easily accessible to the town, harbour, and other areas of this city. the breakfast provided was plentiful and had a wide variety of healthy food choices.

The cleanliness was impeccable, meeting the standards of a 5-star hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, with Sam Donovan going above and beyond to make our stay better. The location was perfect, with major bus routes, supermarkets, and restaurants in close proximity. We also appreciated that the hotel was within comfortable walking distance of local landmarks and the harbor side. the hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the spacious and tastefully decorated room.

The room was spacious and had a massive comfortable bed, allowing me to sleep very well. The room was also incredibly clean, with a bright atmosphere and a good view from the window. The bathroom was well-stocked with everything I needed, and the towels were folded impeccably. The shower had plenty of space and provided hot, soothing water. The staff went above and beyond, being extremely friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions.

The staff were extremely helpful and passionate, making me feel valued as a guest. They went above and beyond by helping me change rooms and even delivering my lost coat to my new room. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the amenities like the kettle with tea, coffee, and biscuits. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of town, with easy access to bus stations and several restaurants. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of variety even during peak times.
