I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The greeter, Ingrid, was exemplary, and the staff provided a complete level of courtesy and care. The room overlooked a beautiful view of the city and Logan Circle, which made the experience even more thrilling. The breakfast at Urban Farmer was delicious, and the location was close to museums, restaurants, and the Philadelphia Water Works, where the wedding ceremony and reception took place. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool, were great, and the room was comfortable with a nice large bathroom. The valet attendants were exceptional and made our arrival and departure smooth.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and recently renovated. The rooms were very spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The location was great, with a 25-minute walk to the historic Old Town area and close to museums and city center. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a pool and spa, although they were fully booked during our stay. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant, Urban Farmer, provided excellent customer service.

The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was outstanding, with the lobby areas being impeccably maintained. The staff, particularly Steven at the front desk and David the bell attendant, provided exceptional service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. They gave great recommendations, including must-see attractions that I thoroughly enjoyed.
