The hotel's location near Old Salem and downtown Winston Salem was perfect for sightseeing in the city. The staff was friendly and made our stay comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.
There was nothing we didn't like.
I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to Old Salem, the Farmers Market, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. Being able to explore these attractions without worrying about parking was a huge plus for me. The hotel itself was clean and had all the facilities I needed. My room was spacious with an exposed brick wall and a high vaulted ceiling, adding a touch of charm to my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even bringing breakfast to my room when I overslept. And let's not forget about the delicious continental breakfast, the wine and cheese in the afternoon, and the cookies and milk in the evening. These little touches made my stay extra enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to Old Salem and in the heart of the historic district. It made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful building that had a lot of historical charm. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the tall ceilings, tall windows, and exposed brick walls. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. this hotel provided a great experience for my visit.

We were impressed by the elegance of the hotel's Christmas decorations and the cozy atmosphere it created. The comfortable bed provided a peaceful night's sleep, and the complimentary wine, cheese, and milk and cookies were a delightful treat. The breakfast was also great, offering a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's location in downtown Winston-Salem made it convenient for us to explore the historical area, including Old Salem, without the hassle of street parking.
