We enjoyed the amazing view from our room and the quiet ambiance throughout the hotel. The bed was extremely comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to popular attractions such as Pike Market and the piers. The in-room coffee wasn't the best, but the room service coffee was excellent. Hanging our breakfast order on the door the night before was a convenient and appreciated option. The WiFi worked great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when the staff noticed that we were celebrating a birthday and provided complimentary champagne and goodies. The downstairs bar was also amazing.
