We absolutely loved the convenient location right in the center of everything, allowing us easy access to all the inner harbor had to offer. The hotel was clean, with updated facilities and a welcoming staff.
Absolutely nothing.
The staff was lovely and very helpful. The hotel was easy to find and had convenient parking right across the street. The location was perfect, as it was close to Rams Head, Philips, and the Baltimore Aquarium. The entire hotel was clean and not overcrowded. We loved being right across the street from the inner harbor.

Clean hotel with friendly and informative staff. Conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to everything and within walking distance of various activities and the Inner Harbor.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the aesthetically pleasing lobby. The location at Baltimore Inner Harbor was perfect for us, as it provided easy access to the vibrant area and all the attractions. We were right in the middle of the action, yet our room was quiet and peaceful. The view from our room of the harbor was breathtaking, and we were so glad we chose a room with such a fantastic view. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms felt more spacious than other hotels we've stayed in.
