Incredibly convenient location - right across the street from the Bryant Park Christmas market, close to Broadway theaters, and in the heart of NYC. Clean and well-maintained hotel. Great breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits, bagels, and donuts. Helpful and friendly staff.
Almost perfect.
The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. I loved the large and comfortable room, which was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities, especially the filtered water stations and welcome snack and drink, were a great added touch. The 6th floor terrace offered a nice outdoor space to relax.
Nothing to fault.
We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the fact that it was brand new. The facilities were top-notch, including a spacious and comfortable Deluxe Queen Room with a sofa for relaxing. The location was perfect, in the heart of Manhattan and within walking distance to major attractions like Times Square and Central Park. The proximity to Metro stations made it easy for us to explore the city.
