I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The room was comfortable with a great view of the city. Transportation was convenient, with multiple railway and subway stations nearby. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurant options within walking distance and close proximity to the Osaka Art Gallery & Science Museum.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The reception clerk was efficient and professional, answering all my questions. The room was light and pleasant, with optimized space that made it feel bigger than expected. The view from my room was amazing, overlooking a river with nice little restaurants and a micro-brewery. The onsen on the top floor was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The free shuttle bus service was a wonderful bonus, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel's location close to the subway station was convenient. The price was also great, especially for peak hours.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a spectacular view of the river. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The free shuttle bus to the nearby train station saved me a lot of time. The location in a cozy neighborhood was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close to the wonderful art museum and city buildings. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and responsive. The breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of Western and Japanese options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially M's. 中野, was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me with a lost car key situation. The hotel even has a convenient shuttle to Osaka Station. The public bath facility was also very nice and clean, eliminating the need to search for a separate onsen or sento in the area. The location was great, with easy access to the new Keihan line and a variety of local restaurants near Kyobashi station.

We couldn't have loved our stay any more. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the public baths, were excellent. The location was convenient, close to subway stations and a riverside promenade. The staff were friendly and helpful.
