The location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have Oxford Street, Regent Street, and Bond Street so close by. No matter what your budget is, you can't go wrong with the shopping options in this area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym which was well-equipped and perfect for my workouts. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offering exceeded my expectations, and the club lounge was a nice bonus.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right in the heart of the London shopping district, just a short walk away from Selfridges and Oxford Street. Hyde Park is also within walking distance, which was great for enjoying the Christmas shopping experience. The hotel is well-connected, with a subway station just a few minutes away. The housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a clean and comfortable room. The bed was amazing, offering a cozy and restful night's sleep.
I encountered some issues during my stay.
The TV channels were not included in the room rate, and I had to pay an additional £24.99 to watch normal channels.
We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was centrally located in this city, making it convenient for all our sightseeing and shopping needs. We were just a short walk away from a subway stop, allowing us to easily explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms being clean and up to date. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the two great restaurants within the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like family. They always went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and we were especially impressed by Nadia, Maria, Damian, and many others who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, ensuring a delicious start to our days.
