The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and only a short walk from the main shopping and eating areas. We were thrilled to find that it was also very close to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, which made attending events there incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We loved the view from our room and the comfortable amenities, including the TV. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, the Roost, was absolutely wonderful and it provided a relaxing atmosphere for starting the day. having a Starbucks on-site was a great perk.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful atrium and well-designed common spaces. We also appreciated the easy self-parking in the adjacent garage. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the comfort of the bed made us feel like we were sleeping on a marshmallow. The staff, especially Noah at the front desk and the woman on the second day, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a spacious room and a good bathroom with decent water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Plus, the hotel had its own restaurant that overlooked the main parts of downtown, offering a great dining experience.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
