I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and at the perfect temperature. The location was also fantastic, as it was near the beach and a short distance from the event I attended. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, staff, and convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the pool area with its stunning view of the Queen Mary and the water. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Catalina Express Ferry terminal and the aquarium. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The free shuttle service was a real bonus as it runs all day and takes you anywhere within a 2-mile radius. We used it to explore downtown Long Beach and it made getting around so convenient. Additionally, the option to text the front desk was a great feature that made it easy to get any questions answered or reserve a shuttle ride. We also rented bicycles from the hotel and had a terrific time riding around this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that provided a nice view. The hotel had a Caribbean-inspired setup, which we loved. The value for money was great, and we appreciated that even though our room didn't overlook the water, it faced away from the parking lot. The location was also convenient as it was close to everything, including the Reef restaurant.
