I felt safe during my stay. The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist guests. The towels and bedding provided were of great quality, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep during my seven-night stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient for me as it was only a 10-minute drive away from The Lighthouse Theatre, where I attended an orchestra performance on November 5th.

We had a fantastic stay! The lady at check-in was lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for what we wanted, right by the coach station and close to the Lighthouse theatre. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, with a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. The staff, especially the girls in the dining room, were friendly, hardworking, and always polite.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and we found the beds to be very comfortable. The hotel facilities provided everything we needed for our stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to bus stops for visiting popular attractions like Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. The staff, especially those at the reception, were friendly and provided excellent service. They were accommodating when we needed to change our room.

The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and efficient. They were friendly and very accommodating, going above and beyond to help with our toddler's travel cot. The air conditioning in the room was a massive plus, and the curtains provided brilliant blackout. The bed was really comfy, and we appreciated that the room was located conveniently next to the lift and stairs. The parking was also really convenient and safe. The breakfast was brilliant, with a wide variety of hot and cold food options.
