We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the valet parking personnel were above fabulous - they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect - it was close to the Trop and within walking distance to the Mahaffey Theatre and Dali. It was also in walking distance to the very busy downtown area. The hotel facilities were great, with a 24/7 necessities store and a clean pool. The breakfast restaurant, Tangerine, was also excellent. the staff provided outstanding service and made our stay enjoyable.

We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the HHonors VIP lounge which provided a luxurious and comfortable experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, adjacent to the check-in counter which was convenient for us as we arrived late at night. Plus, being near the impressive Dalí Museum and the vibrant dining district made exploring this city a breeze.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk, bar, and restaurant were outstanding and very accommodating. I particularly want to mention Mia, the Front Desk associate, who was so friendly to work with. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the salons for hanging out. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and I even stayed in a Pure room with an air filter, which helped me sleep better. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to the Sunken Gardens, which I enjoyed visiting.
