We loved the convenient location, being close to the University of Tennessee and within walking distance of several restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with a quirky and original decor in our suite. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Linda from Housekeeping who went above and beyond to assist us.

The front desk staff was exceptional, getting me checked in quickly and providing helpful information about parking and breakfast options. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with well-stocked bathrooms and comfortable bedding. The location was perfect, being close to downtown and the university, making it easy to explore the city.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, being close to many locations, including UT arenas and the Knoxville Convention Center. The staff, especially Chad at the front desk and Kayla the bartender, were amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and cleanliness was impeccable. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the fantastic service provided.
