Clean and spacious room with complementary amenities like liquors, chocolates, and bottled water. Convenient location directly in the mall, allowing for easy access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Accommodating staff that allowed for early check-in and stored luggage on the check-out day.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The upgraded Executive King Room with a Jacuzzi tub was a delightful surprise. The room was very comfortable, with cozy beds and a perfect room temperature. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the jacuzzi which easily accommodated six people. We loved the bubbles created by the air blowers, and the water spouting from the rocks above added a nice touch. The best part was that everything we needed was right on site, including parking, which was free, and the hotel's convenient location inside a popular shopping mall. Plus, the 2 Day Multi Pass allowed us to enjoy six different attractions with ease.
Can't fault the property in any way.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our Christmas shopping, as it was right inside Canada's largest mall. We didn't have to worry about parking or lugging our shopping bags around, as we could easily drop them off in our room and start all over again. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and even a jetted tub. It was a wonderful experience overall.

The hotel's location inside the mall was really convenient for me. I loved being able to easily access all the shops and restaurants without having to venture far. Additionally, its proximity to the mall water park was a major benefit, as my kids had a blast there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected room service provided. The food was a bit pricey but tasted amazing, and the kids portions were surprisingly generous.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the mall, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions in this city. The rooms have been recently upgraded, so they are clean, modern, and spacious. We loved the up-to-date and comfortable amenities in the superior, non-themed room. The hotel staff was always friendly and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was nice to have easy access to the mall and we particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the nice shower pressure. a great location for visiting the mall and exploring everything this city has to offer.
