Best aspects of this hotel were the cleanliness, parking, location, and staff. The rooms were cozy and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel had ample parking space, making it convenient for guests to park their vehicles. Its location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
Everything was fantastic.
After driving for 10+ hours, I pulled into this hotel in the middle of the aqualava park, conveniently located between San Diego and Las Vegas. The staff at the hotel were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to assist me, even waiting up late at night to check me in and help me book my room while I was on the road. They made sure I got the best rates and made me feel comfortable during the process. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the housekeeper was considerate enough to wait until later in the morning to provide room service, knowing that I didn't like to wake up early. the hotel facilities, including the comfortable bed, exceeded my expectations, making it the perfect stop for a tired traveler like me.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/hot water maker in the room. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and nearby fast food options. The staff was accommodating and made an effort to meet our needs.
Nothing to dislike. The floors could have been cleaned more often, especially around the doorframe, but overall, we had a great experience.
